Terms of Service

Effective July 11, 2026. An agreement between you and [Registered entity name] ("Maison", "we", "us"), [Business address], Bangladesh.

These terms govern your use of Maison. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a hotel or company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

The service

Maison is a hotel management platform provided on a subscription basis. Your hotel is our customer. The guests whose information you store are your data, not our customers, and your handling of their information is your responsibility under applicable law.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for the staff you invite, and for keeping login details secure. You must give accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Free trial and subscriptions

• New hotels may start on a free trial. When the trial ends, continued use requires a paid plan.
• Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you choose until cancelled. Fees are charged through Stripe.
• Plan changes take effect immediately and are billed as a proportional adjustment.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You can cancel to stop future renewals.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. That includes not attempting to break security or access other hotels' data, not uploading unlawful content, not using the service to send unlawful messages to guests, and not reselling the service without our agreement. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and message the guest data you enter.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data you put into Maison. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and support

We work to keep Maison available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, or events outside our control may cause downtime. Support is provided by email at support@royalbengal.ai.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the [number] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, or for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, giving notice where reasonable. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

Changes and governing law
